Who is singing "Bridge over Troubled Water" on the Red Cross commercial? I know the voice, and its been driving me nuts trying to put a name to the voice. Anyone know?

It might well be him because he recorded it after June died, and it's in his weaker voice, the Rick Rubin produced set. I've been a fan since he first came on the scene and I've wanted to buy the box set but it hits too close to home at the moment.
