if according to current science you look towards the outer limites of our universe, we are looking back in time, how do we expect to find intelligent life in those outer limites.
Well according to USCIS and Immigration, those of us who are not yet citizens are resident [flash width=100 height=100]aliens[/flash].. no need for outer limits then - intelligent life is already here!
It really tickles me to think of myself in terms of that "little green man from Mars with those wobbly antenae on my head. ROFL. [schild=13 fontcolor=DC143C shadowcolor=DC143C shieldshadow=1]Alien[/schild]
One company that I worked for, had a standard ID card that stated "The Bearer is a Citizen of the United States". Mine had a big red stamp across it "ALIEN".
Well there you go, at least you had proof!
Is it off topic to debate whether the question is deep and meaningful or utter bollocks?
Lol.. you're the moderator - you tell us.

Er... how do you expect to find intelligent life in Tejas?
The universe is thought to be about 15B years old. Some galaxies formed early. Our solar system is less than 5B years old. Some could have been more mature than ours, before ours started forming.
There seems little point in looking, because, if Einstein was correct, we wouldn't be able to communicate unless they were close to us. The nearest star is about 5 light years away, so to say "Hello, Good morning", and get the reply, "Good morning to you" would take ten years. If there is anyone out there they would be a lot further away, or we would have heard them. Perhaps you could send a message and long after you are gone, your grandson could receive the reply and send a response..............
to say "Hello, Good morning", and get the reply, "Good morning to you" would take ten years.
So the USCIS is out there then.

Dammit, I was making a serious point to a deep and something or other subject.
But I will have revenge, I never heard of USCIS before I found this board. Now for it; when I came it took three months to get a visa because there was a preference quota for Britain that never filled up.
