Your ingredient today is Italian sausage (sweet or hot)///

okay, come on- put your recipes here!


Our meatloaf...

1/2 pound of hot or sweet italian sausage
1 pound of ground meat (your choice of fat - I use lean)
around a cup of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of chopped garlic
a touch of milk
salt/pepper
a touch of milk (not to make it too mushy)
a mess of curry powder

put into a loaf pan, OR 8x8 pan at 350 degrees for an hour.. OH top with ketchup before baking.


you may change the ingredient tomorrow.. wink
1 onion , 1 glove of garlic - chopped - add to olive.
Tin of tomatoes, salt and pepper, cup of water.
Chop up the sausage and bung it in -
bring to boil and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Boil pasta (tube one)
When cooked. Mix it all up .

Sprinkle paremsan on top.

Dig in!
Cut sausage into pieces and brown in pressure cooker.
Drain and remove fat.
Add enough spaghetti sauce to the sausage.
Set for 10lb and cook for 10 minutes after pressure is reached.
Allow to cool til pressure is normal.
Chop a tomato and some basil and mix into sauce at the last minute.
Boil pasta of choise.
Mix with spaghetti, grate some parmesian cheese and enjoy.

A confession, I use Prego sauce because I like it better than home made, if I add some fresh ingredients right at the end.
Cook the sausage.
Slap it in a baguette.
Cover in onions and sauce of choice.
