Funny this, the same country that one moron wanted it's president killed, has donated oil to that country. Speaking on his Sunday radio show, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias has announced that Venezuela will send 1 million barrels of oil to the USA to attend the emergency caused by Hurricane Katrina.
