I haven't been in the UK for 8 years, haven't seen Eastenders for over 3 years (used to see it here on WHRO), and last night I caught 2 episodes late at night. I couldn't understand how Sonia is still going to school, and Phils Ben is still a toddler (in the pics of course - he is fahsands a miles away cry ).
Were they just very very old episodes, or does nobody in Walford ever age?

I think we are something like 5 years behind the UK in episodes. Which is fine with me because I left the UK nearly 8 years ago so I'm way behind the times anyway.

Dot Cotton got a job at the local strip joint, pole dancing.

I am reliably informed (went for a BBQ at my parents last night), that in fact it was the Mtichell girl (Sam - no longer played by Daniella 'no nose') that killed him along with Chrissie (Den's new wife), think he was 'found' this week - however, to me the storyline is a little reminiscent of Brookside's 'Body under the patio'.............
Daniella westbrook......she has actually got her act together now, she has had a kid since then, got "her nose" back, and people actually warmed to her in that celebrity jungle show filmed in Australia.

Please tell me that I am not the only one who found this highly amusing??? :???: Not her drug problem, but the way you called her "no nose". Made me think that she might be a long lost sister of Michael Jackson. After all, they both have / had no nose, and they are both white.
