Heard on the radio yesturday that some woman saw her brother on TV in a boat rowing down some flooded street in New Orleans. Trouble is he was meant to be behind bars as he had killed 7 people and was serving a life sentence.
Seems that most of the prision population have done a runner. I do not hear alot about that on the news. They are asking people to be careful, who they help as no one has any form for ID on them.
