As a lot of you know I was out in the US until March working on various L1 visas and also have an H1 visa.........I no longer work for any of the companies named on any of my three valid visas.

I am coming back to the US in a few weeks for work for a couple of weeks and am not sure whether I should fill in the white I94 or the green one - I suspect the green one since I no longer work for the company named on the visa, but knowing how the immigration officers sometimes used to like to pick on me, I thought I'd get your advice ?

My understanding is that if there has been a change regarding your visa status (like no longer working for the company on the visa) that visa is no longer valid. Therefore you would be traveling on the visa waiver program. However, I know if it was me, I would fill in both forms, just in case. wink
