Thought this might help anyone else in the process.

I adjusted from an H1B visa to marriage based green card.

April 23 '04 got married
June 13 '04 filed AOS
August '04 got EAD and advanced parole letter
August '04 went for biometrics appointment
December '04 letter from USCIS to say they didn't receive husband's birth cert. (not true) attorney sends new copy
April '05 got appointment date letter
July 13 '05 interview appointment - approved, passport stamped
July 20 '05 green card received in mail

Am willing to answer any questions if anyone stumbling across this has any.

Approval Notice 26th July 2005.

Yippee cry now we can stay, only jk.
