The missus and I bought Monty Python and The Holy Grail over the weekend, and recently I bought the original Star Wars Trilogy on DVD. Slowly, my DVD collection is started to grow and my old videos are starting to be replaced by DVDs
Anyone else replacing/upgrading their collection?

Sure in doing it slowly DVDS are so reasonably prices now that its hardly worth burning your own .

We have about 150 now and almost all the best movies in my collection have been replaced by dvd .

DVD took of real fast and you can hardly even sell your old vhs on ebay anymore . lots of record stores have them at 3 -10 bucks each ,most stores have many many more dvd on the shlfs than vhs .

lots of DVD has extras a thing you never could find in VHS .
