Looks like everything is well apart from one thing, sorry Morph - but I've had to turn you off for now.

It seems, with the new message board, that user number 2 automatically becomes an administrator and we can't be having that, can we )

I'll look into it tomorrow. May have to do some database giggery poker to get it working so will try not to break stuff )

Regards
Nigel

I was looking at the sports section and I noticed that Mitch's name was in orange so I looked and see that it was the colour of an administrator
Hey Mitch you got one hell of an upgrade mate  8)

great going Nigel - Am relieved to know we're still here...

I am getting a page of garbage above the actual board when I first log in. I come in through the main page. I think it's just a list of line items that need changing.

Anyhow no problems otherwise, working wonderfully. Cheers for all your hard work.

It's one of those useless mods I could do without. It's one star for every your that you've been a member. Come September a bunch of us will get 4 stars!

:)

You gain points for doing things like reading and posting messages. They'll allow you certain actions and privileges later on when things start to get enabled.

I don't have any little blue boxes with the + - beside my karma, and no little blue donate sign beside my britpoints?
Is there something I need to do to change this?
If you could do a screen capture and email it to me so I can see what's going on, then it'd be useful.

If you're using Windows

1) Press the Print Scrn key
2) Open Paint (Start > All Programs > Paint)
3) Click Edit then Paste
4) Save the file to your hard disk
5) Email the file to support@british-expats.com

Could be a couple of reasons.

First, I'm using a redirect from the old location. Try going directly to
forums.british-expats.com

A popup with the "Prillian" application may be trying to open

There is a problem with the compression used on the site.

Anyway, a screen capture will help, also let me know what web browser you're using and your operating system please.

Thanks.
Nigel
