Does everybody have to go to London for an interview and medical or can one of those visa companies do it all for you? roll

I don't think you need a medical for an H1B we didn't have them anyway. You will need to attend the visa interview, though.

I didn't have an interview for my H1B. There is no medical.

I went to London and gave all my info to a visa handling company. Went back 4(?I think) days later and collected it all. The most annoying part was having to go back to the UK for it all instead of being able to apply over here.
