Anyone else seen this one yet? New Brit gangster movie of the Lock, Stock variety, but not quite as Tarantinoesque. Sort of like a cross between an updated Long Good Friday and the Snatch/Gangster No.1 types films. Some pretty good acting -- not Sexy Beast good, but good nonetheless (Michael Gambon, Colm Meany and the lead, Daniel Craig did a good job carrying the film).

I liked it. Definitely worth a viewing I thought.

Nice everyday, not cliched, images of London if you are feeling a bit homesick for real world London scenes.

Thoughts?
Watched this a couple of nights ago and was not impressed...seemed like a poor mans LockStock to me.

Anyone else seen it?
I agree with the poor mans lockstock..

I thought it started off well but I started to lose interest about half way through.
I actually enjoyed it immensely and didn't think it was anything like LS...

I think moreover people are trying to compare it with that and the other Guy Richie movie, however, for me I thought it was a little more upscale (with less tounque in cheek humor) and I loved the twist at the end too...
