Now I'm really confused....H1B visa requires a 4yr degree. Does that mean that all the guys working in burger bars are really smart or did they buy their degree online???? Do these degrees fulfil the requirements or am I being a total idiot?
An H1b visa is for a very specialized job. Yes, a 4 year degree relevant to the job is required or equivalent 3 years work experience (I think) to 1 year of degree course (e.g. you would need 12 years relevant work experience instead).
I'm not sure why you think that working in a burger bar would require an H1b though? -?
