Starting next Wednesday, June 1st on Beeb America. Only info I have so far is that the episodes date from last year, so I would imagine it's the new series.
Oh well, drop the priority on your TiVo for this one. It is a re-run. Don't know where they got the date 2004 from, but it is series 1 episode 1 next Wednesday.
I downloaded the series 1 and 2 of the torrents sites onto 2 dvds. The xmas special was hilarious too, with George Michael showing his face D
eh eh eeeerrrrr!
My fave is "yeah but, yeah but"

I still like 'Andy and Lou' best. "yeah I know..." lol

I have seen the second series as well and still very funny, but some of the new characters are a bit too 'gross out' for me.

And the word 'bitty' will forever send shivers down my spine!! ugh! o

I think it was the Comic Relief Special not a Christmas special, with all the famous people on eg George Michael. It's pretty good.

That will be the one, along with the series 1 and 2. Thanks to the internet, I now have it in my collection :D

Reading this morning, that they are trying to get the slogan "yeah-but-no-but" in to the english dictionary, there is even a campaign going on for it. I mean yeah-but-no-thanks

Possible meaning of the phrase are as follows:

1. Used to soften the blow of answering a direct no in conversation, disguises disagreement.

2. Used to strengthen the answer yes, where agreement is emphatic.

3. Creates relevance between the turns of conversation - yeah acknowledges the previous statement while no resumes a topic that preceded it in conversation.

4. A hedging expression that tempers the force of what's being said in conversation.
