What's wrong with the woman protesting at Menwith Hill?

The place is an eyesore in a quite breath-taking piece of North Yorkshire and she's right - its an American base and used to spy (eavesdrop/monitor) on whatever they want.
ASBOs are nasty insidious things that were supposed to deal with anti-social behaviour but in practice have just become a tool by which the State can control the behaviour of people it can't get a criminal case against.

The whole hoodie/baseball cap thing is a classic example; 40 years ago they'd have banned people in jeans from going out in public

Of interest though, whilst ASBOs would probably be unconstitutional in the USA, there are a number of Malls that have similar policies to the one in Bluewater.
