Can anyone help?
I need to convert an MP3 audio file into something that will burn onto a CD using Nero or something similar.
Thanks in anticipation...

I know this sounds kind of silly, but there is no reason why Nero would not burn an MP3 file.
Are you talking about a format that a regular CD player will play?
http//www.teamcombooks.com/mp3handbook/12.htm For format information.
Nero will burn any of these but converting from one to the other is something else.
Sorry i don't think this will be of help, but if you're on a mac use Toaster. I do. Just drag the file into the toaster and bingo, audio or dvd or someat else I've never used. Take your pick.
Thanks guys!
Apparently I was trying to use a protected file so that's why it wouldn't have it.
I'm such a technophobe!!!

You're obviously not a technophobe or you wouldn't be on here *or* asking that question...
The last thing any computer user should do is get down on their lack of knowledge. You will *never* know enough...
To actually answer your question, the files are stored in .wav format on CDs. Nero will do the conversion, as you found out if you don't have a protected file )
