Hi,
I've got a mate wanting to come and visit me in the US in October.
5 years ago he was stopped by the police when driving his car, he'd smoked cannabis and was arrested. He then went to a magistrates court where he was fined and had his licence taken off him for a year.
Is he ok to enter the country or does he need to get a visitors visa?
Here is the form that he would have to fill out on the plane

TBH, I would contact the US embassy before booking the flights....refer to the second page of the form, about half way down.

Debs x )

And they will almost definitely say that he needs to have a visa.
