Got the current issue of the Rolling Stone yesterday and read this interesting if depressing article
http//www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/_/id/7203633.
I have been saying to my husband, wonder how everyone will cope when the US is a 3rd world country in about 50 yrs. According to this article it might be a tad sooner than that, if they don't get their fingers out and become creative about energy resouces. Of course this applies to Europe to a certain degree as well, but at they have begun to address the issue. They certainly aren't banking on an oil field that might be or not be there in Alaska.
