I am sorry if I am going over old ground, but I just moved flats and I know I need to send in the AR11. But, where do I send it? The address on the form is London - rather than the local office?

Any pointers welcome, as I need to post it tomorrow.

Thanks, and have a happy Easter.

Leah
There should be a very confusing set of instructions with it but it'll probably be your nearest main INS office.
The instructions say you send it to London, KY - so that's where you send it!

A lot of stuff has been moved out of local offices to central (and obscure) locations in the last few years.
The AR11 goes to London, KY not your nearest INS Office. Should be sent within 10 days of your move, but there is some lea-way there. Send it Return Receipt, so you will know it arrived intact and retain that confirmation for your records. Notoriously, Change of Address notifications frequently go 'astray' in the system, so make sure you have a mail forwarding service in place from your old address, just in case. I speak from experience! :P
Remember the Sponsor also has an obligation to notify USCIS of their Change of Address within 30 days of relocation via form I-865. The I-865 should be mailed to the Service Center with jurisdiction over your new residence (even if it's the same Service Center you were previously using). Ditto with the Return Receipt advice. You can find the Service Center for your State on the USCIS website.
Have a Happy Easter! :)
London KY does sound familiar now I see the KY on the end of it. Before I was thinking "why send it to England or Ontario?" Ha. Anyway, mine didn't go astray BUT when I had my citizenship interview, although I'd had reciept of the AR11 acknowledged, they didn't have my new address.....although I had brought enough stuff to indicate that my address had changed so it wasn't a problem.
Yeah, this happened to us too Scramble. Not uncommon, so I believe. Beaurocracy, gotta love it! roll
