Came across a great website for british tv shows. Everything you could imagine on british tv is available for download. The site is called uknova.com and you will need a programme called Azureus to download the torrent files. You can watch corrie and eastenders everyday, if you like that sort of thing;-0 Have fun guys!
Could be good but the site says nothing about it except directs you to info about the software and then when I try to sign up it tells me its not for public use.
I had the same "not for public use" error come up, but if you go to the links section, it directs you to some other sites.
I just watched an episode of Eastenders )
The site has a limit of 75,000 users but they boot inactive users every 40 or so days, so you have to keep trying.
Online tv portal containing tv links and tv channels is http//live-tv-channels.com/ . Alot of features easy-to-use, movies can be uploaded without registration. I'd like to know if i can stream dvd online. How legal is it?
Dont know anything about downloads * legal shit and all that *
but i use this site to remember all of the great and wonderfull comedy shows from the UK that have never been and never will be surpassed by any of the crap the US networks put out year after year .

for sitcoms .

John Inman by the way one of my alltime favourites died last year .
I use UKNova quite a lot - if you do get to sign up on there, be aware that they insist on you keeping a good upload-to-download ratio - this means you have to seed whatever you download, usually for a good week or so after you download it. But it's great - I just managed to download both seasons of Stressed Eric, which I haven't seen in years, and never came out on DVD. And, of course, Eastenders, Corrie, Top Gear, etc are all available on there within hours of them being shown in the UK.
The best site I've found recently for British TV though is
http://www.tvcatchup.com - if you've got someone in the UK who can sign up for it on your behalf, it's fantastic. It's basically an online PVR for all the free-to-air British TV channels - a bit like the BBC's iPlayer, but for all the channels. It is locked by default for people out of the UK, but if you've already signed up, you can drop them an email, telling them you travel a lot or something, and they'll give you access. )
TVCatchup has now gone. ( Looks like the TV companies caught up with them and made them shut down.
Ah well, back to UKNova I go.
HmmmLet me try that uknova...first time I heard of that site.
