There are always a lot of celeb type magazines in the lab (coworkers read anything and everything to pass a slow day) and I admit to reading them as well when I'm bored. I have no idea who some of the "celebs" are and what they are famous for but a lot of them really annoy me.

Ones that annoy me are those who rap on about politics before getting there facts right and do it in the most inappropiate places when ppl are gathered together for some unrelated event and think they have the right to change the sechuled programe to whine and bitch about thier favourite cripe .
They do of course have the right to hold what views they like but expressing them in the wrong venue doesnt do thier or anybody elses cause any good .

Oprah. Dunno why but over the last year I've grown to loathe her. I honestly don't see any difference between her and any other celeb bothering poseur. I think the show where she claimed that a popular trend amongst middle class teenage girls was to become prostitutes really pushed me over the edge.
Jennifer Lopez. Oh how I hate you. I'm sure you're nice person really, but by God do you get on my tits.
The Osbourne's - a walking talking just say no commercial. Yuck.
And if anyone has seen the show Craft Corner Deathmatch on the style Network - the host of that could do with a good kicking.

OPRAH is a very talented , succesfull entertainer and does a tremendos lot for charity .
In fact i do believe she is the riches female in america .
What pisses me of is not exacty her fault ,to get a head in the world of show bisiness takes a of of guts ,tenacity and you have to be cutthroat in your appraoch to climbing up the ladder of success and seazing on and maximising every opportunity you make getting to the top .
What gets me is when folks are bad mouthing others celebs and saying how they got thier fame/ furtune was by cheating , treating employees badly ,being selfish and self centered etc and because of that they dont deserve the fame and fortune it its there privilege to enjoy but give oprah a pass because she is black ....
She will continue to be a icon in the entertainment industry but we must realize that she got there doing the same things and following the same rules as anybody else .
I've met Paris Hilton a few times - she stays at the HRH a lot. Actually quite a nice girl - not overly encumbered with brains but friendly enough.
