8) Just wondering what everyones take is on this problem the world seems to be facing.
Been following the news, world wide about what to do with these terrorists
etc. Each country seems to be having this problem now.
They arrest someone because they think they are a bad guy/girl, but just hold them as they cannot be charged because they have not yet committed the crime yet, but they know that they were thinking about it.
What do you do, let them do the crime then arrest or hold them for the rest of their lives becaused they were thinking about it.
Its like a shop lifter really. You can put something in your jacket, walk around the store, but you have done nothing wrong, not until you actually leave the shop do you committe the crime. The fact you thought about it in the store and prepared to do, but then put the item back means you did nothing wrong, so should you be arrest for this as well now.
Its going to be interesting to see how it all pans out really. The only way I see it working is either let them do the crime and charge (but then its abit late to try and save folks) or depot the individuals out soon as you suspect they are up to no good. This would at least disrupt things.
