...for hungry addicts......

Just adding a new link to the homepage and thought I'd check out the specials on this site

They have 24 Weetabix on sale at $2.50. Minimum postage is $8.95 which is outrageous for one box, but doesn't go up until you hit 19 boxes. So if you buy 18 boxes, they're less than $3 each inc shipping. OK, so most families probably don't guzzle Weetabix at quite that rate, but it's still not a bad price for 5 boxes (just over $4 a box) if you live somewhere where you can't get them normally.
Mmm, REAL chocolate easter eggs..... wink Now to choose between the Maltesers egg or the Crunchie one.... (

Ahh that reminds me I must get to Shaw's supermarket and see if they have any Easter Eggs in.
Last year they had a couple of different real fancy UK styles for $9.99

Or go to the homepage and find even more options....... ;)

That tin of quality street they have on that site for $35.95 is outrageously overpriced.
We bought 2 of them in Croyden at a corner shop for £6.99 each.
Som of the Easter Eggs look reasonable though as long as your not getting stung on the shipping.
Did I read that right? $40 or thereabouts?

rip off

They reckon Weetabix is $7 a box full price, mind you........ o

....wait 'til it's on sale ;)
The shipping on this site seems very reasonable as long as you aren't buying one or two items.
Up to $45 is $8.95
$46-$100 is $12.95
You'll have to look up after that for yourselves.
Exactly. Definitely a good deal if you can come in just under the next shipping category.

(just wondering how long 18 boxes of Weetabix will last an how fast it goes off.....)
A pack of 24 Weetabix at Trader joes here runs about $2, compared with Safeway at $4 for 12 o

Your link has one too many slashes in it.

I pay $2.99 for a box of 24 Wheatabix at our local Kroger. They dont always have it so I tend to stock up when they do and as its only Mick that eats it I sometimes have 4 or 5 boxes stock piled for him. Seems to stay fresh though, he has never complained. wink
I always wonder why they cannot make Pickled Onions A-La UK in the USA?
You would think by now some enterprising Britts would have started a factory to make them P
Our Trader Joes doesn't sell Weetabix evil

We used to have Kroger @ 2.99, Meijers @ 3.49 and Hillers at an arm and a leg -and they've all stopped. Dunno why -it's made in Canada which is not exactly on the other side of the world. roll
Our whole foods sells weetabix. Funny, but I can find a lot of brit stuff in whole foods. If I'm feeling flush I can buy Devonshire butter.

Our Target has started selling Quality Street in 8oz boxes for $2.50 or thereabouts. Only one green triangle in every one though. evil
Our local kmart sells weetabix in the healthy/organic/no sugar section.
I cant remember the exact price but it somewhere around the $3.60 mark. Not bad considering.
