I feel like that all the time and it's developed into a dull ache. Just get back to the UK every now and again to top up. I adapt pretty well though. Actually I'm going back to visit for a week on monday -)

Sorry, I'm a long way from you too, in nippy NJ.
I'm in one of the states "just next door" (Oregon). We have many students from Hawaii where I work but it looks an awfully long way away.

I cant remember ever feeling that homesick but then i didnt have much stucture in UK at the time .

I miss a lot of thinks like fish and chips ,the local , football , the beeb, the boat race , LONDON but last time i went home i started to feel like a foreigner . time does that to you .
