I was hoping some of you fit young things could give me some suggestions on good energy foods/drinks. I exercise a great deal, and have given up the donuts, but am at a loss to think up good stuff to eat or drink. I always end up thinking "Hey a Wendy burger and a chocolate chip muffin sound great!" And remember, I live in the toxic cackhole that is Buffalo New York, so those delicious fruits that you people on the West coast can get are believed to be a myth by people over here.
