I was watching basketball last night (there must have been about 4 or so games on) and when I turned back to see how the Detroit Vs Pacers game was going all on hell had broke loose o
Incase you didnt know there was a foul on the court involving Artest (Indiana) and Wallace (Detroit) and there was a little bit of a scuffle involving both teams and just after as Artest was on the side of the court lying down (as you do at a game wink ) someone in the crowd threw a container full of pop or booze and etc and Artest got up and run into the crowd and started fighting with fans and then there was fights and scuffles involving the crowd and other Pacers players. It was utter pandemonium. Players got escorted out of the arena and fans were throwing stuff and it was just insane. I looked had a good look and I never see Manc in the crowd so thats a good thing I suppose wink
NBA has indefinitely suspended Artest, O'Neal, Jackson, and Wallace for their parts in last night's proceedings. It reminded me of the 'Kung-Fu-Cantona' incident a few years ago at Crystal Palace.
Here's link for the story, its a little more articulate than my generalised version wink
