Have you looked at the info about London's bid to host the 2012 Olympics? It sounds great. I really hope London gets it. I just hope they are prepared for the weather.

Sounds like good use would be made of the Millenium Dome too.

Looking at their websites, which city do you think should get the bid?

Euro 96 and the Commonwealth games, the UK has proved it can host major events, when it get's it's arse in gear.
The olympics would be sweet.

I would hate to see the USA get it again for the 3rd time in 30 years. It wouldn't be fair.

I agree, with the Winter Olympics, the US has had it way too many times. They'll probably give some more 'kickbacks' to the IOC though... roll

If they dont get the next olympics they might go after the IOC!! :wink:
