USA 75% Kerry, 24% Bush. -?
USA 75% Kerry, 24% Bush. :-?
Yeah. Pretty odd. I reckon Kerry will win by more than the polls suggest. I doubt if it'll be 75% to 24 though...

I'd love to agree but being as objective as I am (see thread on Objective) I just don't see it.
I also don't believe that hoping something will happen will actuall magically make it happen.
Bush will win and those of us in the US will have to endure another 4 years of him before Hillary runs and wins in 2008.
I also don't think it's all about Kerry either. I think if Kerry had picked someone other than that tw*t Edwards as VP, then the democrats would have stood a slightly better chance.

Heard this rumor too, that the Clinton base is hoping Kerry loses so she can run in four more years. I personally hope Kerry wins and I don't see Americans being ready (in general) for a female president in four years time.

But it would be sooo cool if the Republicans got Colin Powell to run against her.
This is sort of related. It's from the BBC titled "American expats in Britain are choosing their president. Can they help but be influenced by widespread anti-Bush feeling in Europe?"

I've been thinking about this a bit now and I wouldn't say the world would neccesarily vote Bush out. Eastern Europe is especially fond of him, as are large chunks of Italy sizeable parts of the western European countries. It's fair to say that France isn't included there. Australians voted to keep Howard and you could argue that was a thumbs up. The Japanese are right behind their man, and ergo Bush. Large parts of Malaysia and the Phillipines are pretty impressed with Bush as well. When you add things like the biggest national paper in Germany endorsing Bush today I think it'd be a pretty decent fight.
Interesting to see Mr. Zogby on The Daily Show saying that if the election were between Bush and 'Not Bush' then 'Not Bush' would win by a landslide but when its Bush vs. Kerry its a lot closer. Its just people aren't sure if they want to vote for Kerry!
I don't think anyone wants to vote for either of them except the true partisans. I always take Zogby's comments with a pinch of salt seeing as he spent many years campaigning for solidly left causes, but he's probably more right than wrong here. I don't think it'd be a landslide, but if people coudl have chosen someone more appealing like Biden whoever Bush'd lose for sure. Put it this way, if Bill Clinton were running today Bush'd lose easily.

Better Condy Rice, now I would pay to see that debate....bitch!!!!!
Shes a athlete and has stated her aim (after goverment) is to be the NFL commissioner.

What evidence do you have for such a normative claim?
What are left causes? What context are you making such a claim? You should define your terms more accurately if we are to approach anything like inter-subjectivity.
Oh I don't know...maybe his own website?
