Does anyone have a Pork Pie recipe? Did a search on the internet and found several. Made the one at Dr Gary's pork pie page and it was OK cept once the pies got cold they tasted nasty.

I also think we found a place online, in Texas, to purchase already made ones.

But was wondering if anyone had any tried and true recipes. Trying to avoid having to go to the UK for Christmas *arrgh family!* to fufill the craving!
