It seems that the British Grand Prix is no more, at least for now.

I though tyou meant they had done away with F1 altogether.
After reading the piece I now see it's just the Grand Prix race.


Still it's a shame. The amount of money this kind of thong would bring in from visitors is surely worth the investment.
Maybe they will seriously rethink their position next year.
o I went to the British GP in 99, was a great day. I think Bernie is turning against the roots of the Sport. I love watching the GP and get up early everytime to watch them live. But sending the sport more to the far east. I know I will not be doing that
Sounds like a shame but in my opinion, F1 is nowhere near as exciting as it used to be anyway although I understand FIA work to redress the balance.

I got more into Touring Cars after F1 and that gives both F1 and NASCAR a run for their money, what with the privateers and the constant over-taking..
