We had a letter yesterday from the attourneys to say that it looks like it will be another 10 to 12 months before we will get a decision, and they comment that they "realise this is an unreasonable delay on the part of the government." !!!!! o

congrats Monster. Wish we were in the same boat but still waiting on the attorneys at Freescale to process our change from L1B to an L1A, so we haven't even started the green card process after living here for 4 1/2 yrs! :( With a daughter at University, a son at 17 and a daughter of 15, would sure appreciate them being able to work.

I'm still 12 months (at least ) from getting through the dept of labour certification( god bless the Colorado dept of Labour and their inept performance) which was submitted in march 2002 -?
It must be nice to have the option of telling your employers to go stuff themselves if you so wished
