We beat the Yanks in the 4x100! How awesome is that? Considering we had no individuals in either of the sprint finals, just goes to show that it really is Team GB.

And what about that Kelly Holmes? First Brit to do the middle distance double since time immemorial. I have a soft spot for her because she runs my old events, she's on my desktop at work - but I might have to find an action shot from the relay to go with it.

Absolutely amazing, GB winning the 4x100 is incredible, only topped by Kelly winning the 8 and 15 double, and I didn't see any of it, I am so pissed off evil
