Who's got games today then?

We play Yeovil Town away but are allowed to wear our green strip as they don't think it will clash with Town's light green hoops.

I have to pack up my office and find some place else to work as they are putting new carpets in but have convinced the powers that be to leave me alone until after lunch so I can keep the game on in the background. D
We're at Sheff United.

Sounds a bit tough - any chance?

Probably not. I quite like warnock the manager, although he did nowt for you when in charge.

Last time we played them in the League Cup at Bramhall Lane we won 5-2 so a repeat wouldn't be a disaster.

Funny - could have sworn I went to Wembley in 1996 and saw Warnock's Argyle beat Darlington in the Div. 3 play-offs......

Crap chairman put paid to Warnock's rising Argyle but he's long gone now.

GOAL Sheff Utd 0-1 Stockport J Harley (og 2)

Incidentally, Warnocks Argyle turned up in 7 cars to play us in 1996.
no team bus, nothing. Pretty cash strapped time I bet.

Didn't know he got you promoted though.
Sporting of Sheffield to give you head start - well done chaps!

Sounds like us back then - we rented coaches so must have run out of dosh that week.

Now they have The Green Pasty which is a luxurious, Ginsters-sponsored way of getting around the country.

See the odds on us winning the Championship got cut from 33-1 to 12-1?
We're losing (

Too nice - we played the ball out to get treatment for a player and Yeovil just threw it back in and whacked it into the goal. Very unsporting.

Yeovil just let us score though - what top sportsmanship. Yeovil are gents alright.

How bizzare! Yeovil fans applauding Crawford as he advanced on open goal unchallenged to equalise. Probably be on "They Think It's All Over" if they still show that.
I like this one from today's games.

No score at Sel'c'hurst Park so far... wink

I see Yeovil took the lead then against the pastie boys )
Briefly - until they realised the error of their ways at least.

Scoring at both ends for Bury eh? Remember Tommy Hutchinson for Man City against Tottenham in the cup (or were you too young?) wink
Briefly being the operative word there!!
a lead for just 2 mins! wink
err yes oops I remember Hutchinson scoring at both ends against Tott-ing-ham (remember the Ossie Ardeles Chas n Dave song!! D )

The replay was the best remember Rickie Villa goal??
Yeah great games! Great times!

Penalty to us now )

2-1 to us - Wotton hardly ever misses - "hardest shot in all four divisions", as he says.
Drogba scores for Chelsea (

Ive got him in my fantasy team
The lord giveth and the lord taketh away!! wink
