My wife and I married in January (Im a Brit shes American) we applyed for my work visa in Febuary to the INS in Denver. How long do you think it will take before I can work, will I have to go back to the UK?.
Any Ideas?

Hi Neil,
INS can take up to 3 months to process an EAD, dependent upon which office you filed your application with. In general, you're still within the average timeframe.
