Yep, wifes gone back to Canada and I'm left home alone again.

Crap. That's what it is.......crap. I hate it.

Can't be assed with cooking after work so it's Chinese for the next few days..........

What's she up to in Canada? How long do you have to live like that for?

There are some simple yet delicious meals you could rustle up yourself. Why not start with a compromise and make Chinese in a wok?

I quite enjoyed cooking for myself and gradually ramped up from very basic stuff to meals I could serve other people wink

hey, i love Chinese take out, it means not cooking, send all left overs to me. lol

Nothing but Chinese? Boring. Try some calzones one day, maybe some burritos the next. Variety is very important you know.

Our fave place is a Thai restaurant. Fantstic food. Look in the phone book and see if there's one near you. Better than Chinese by far.

I just started on that. I must admit that the Green Curry was rather good. Bad thing is that they're turing it into a Chinese soon. :(

Well she still lives there and we'll be living like this until either she moves to Indiana in September or I find a job back in Canada (which probably isn't going to happen any time soon).

I can actually cook although cooking for one is a bit crap. I'll either cook something that I can eat for the next day or two or else it'll be something from the freezer.
Last week I cooked chili which lasted 2 days and then a chicken curry with aloo gobi which also lasted for 2 days.

I do....

In fact I make all our own food... :lol:
