OK, my name is Graham and I came to the US in April 2001 with a K-1 visa, getting married 2 weeks later at a tasteful (ie no drive thru or Elvis impersonator) venue in Vegas.
I'm in my mid 30's and I spent a year or so driving tour buses for a living here, though it didn't feel like work - more like being a permanent tourist. I left that and went driving a customised truck / RV (Beng knows what it looks like) for the local professional football (real football, not that silly game with pads and helmets) and pro ice hockey teams, before going on to driving the big 18 wheel trucks.
Back in England I had a varied work career, at different times I was a taxi driver, a courier (yes, I was a white van man), a fork lift operator and a DJ, as well as being involved in helping to build some of the early Jag X-Types (is it any wonder that I laugh when I see someone driving one now?).
