Lately I have noticed so many programmes being copied from the UK

What not to wear
Faking it For some reason the forum is editing out the word F aking)
Spymaster (a new show starting this week)
Changing rooms
Life laundry
Coupling (although the US version got dropped)
The Office (coming to a channel near you soon)

TLC channel is especially guilty for copying UK programmes but then I saw that it is a joint partner of BBC America. Hmmm, the mind boggles. I still prefer the UK versions though. Brits tend to be much more vocal, especially on Changing rooms, hahah!

We're so inventive with our swear words to bypass the "potty-mouth" nanny (I hate that phrase soooo much), Nigel uses wild cards to ban entire groups of words. Chances are everything starting with f, containing a k and ending with ing are out.
