Did anyone else watch this? I saw it last week as well and they certainly made a little go a long way roll , however I was touched by the little piece of film when Diana is practising for interviews and William and Harry come in to watch, I always felt we never got to really see what she was really like with her children so much of it seemed to be set up photo ops so it was lovely to hear her being so natural with them "sit down and be quiet" lol
Still get sad about her death.
Yes.
Taped it for my Mum as there's no way they'll get to see it over there. Not that there is anything we didn't already know...it's just hearing her voice that makes it sort of spooky. o
Debs x )
They kept saying there were 6 audio tapes full and yet we can't have heard much more that 15 minutes in little snippets. As you say Debs it was all stuff that had been made public before.
lol What about the 20 minutes (slight exaggeration) of re-enactment of the guy cycling to and from the palace, obviously felt it was very important for us to see exactly what the bicycle was like and how he rode it both into the palace and back out roll
Thought it was pretty good. Certainly casts more mystery on her suspicious death circumstances.
All the cable servives here seem to be in some wrangle with NBC11 and all the channels were pulled last night evil
I watched about 20 minutes of it as GF saw part 1 last week while she was away and wanted to see more.
Was ok but like you say, nothing we didn't already know. Does make it a bit more hard hitting though to hear her telling the stories.
Would have watched it all but I had footy practise at the ridiculous time of 11 pm so had to leave at 10.30 roll
Yep. Saw it. Confirmed my opinion that the whole royal family is a freak show. Bunch of weirdo's.

oh hello?
what's this?
I love the Royal Family me, bring a ton of Tourism pounds into the country as they gawp at changing of the guard.
ok I don't really, but can't agree with HU ever, so I'll have to change my stance.
God save the Queen.
I forgot to watch part two although I saw part one last week. I ahve to say I agree that it was spooky hearing her tell it in her own voice though.
Funny thing is, hubby bought me the Andrew Morton book when we were first married (Christmas 1992 or 1993) - before we knew it was true.... I read it and then threw it out in disgust. Since then I have wished that I had kept it..

bastard
Saw bits of the two shows and agree with what others have said. Knew it all before and there have obviously missed a lot off the tapes. Does make you wonder what they missed off.
to be honest I would prefer they just left this side of her life alone, accept that she is dead (but glad they are investigating the circumstances of it again) and stop putting Charles down as the bad guy all the time. There was obviously more to the whole situation than any of us will ever know and to be honest, that is the way it should stay.
Love seeing their boys )
I watched both the programmes, not really sure what to think, it wasn't anything we didn't already know as a few of you have said. I just ordered the Andrew Morton book (before the programmes even came out) and also read the book by her butler A royal Duty. It must have been extremely difficult for her marrying in to a family of royals. I really liked her.
OOps forgot to say it was nice seeing her been interviewed and telling Harry to 'shush if you're coming here' LOL!!
