Don't forget it's pancake day today. Everyone had their pancakes?

Just done ours for the kids - 2 of them anyway. Number 3 is still out. Youngest turned his nose up to the lemon juice (traiter) but otherwise went down a real treat. P

Got more mix left ready for when eldest gets home and hubby D

I made 6 of them last night (didn't know how much the batter would yield).

Him still does not believe that we have a day called "Pancake Day", he thinks I was making it up lol

I love them with lemon and sugar, but the one I gave him to try didn't go down very well - he declined to try the ones with raspberry jam.
