Because I think I saw mine tonight, in the form of Once Upon A Time in Mexico. I don't want to give the plot away, although to be honest what the hell was going on anyway? And Johnny Depp, what can I say. It got totally ridiculous by the end. Him and the bandaged man, it would have creased me up more were it not for all the carnage and flying bodies. (
I agree with Beest here

Howard Stern in Private Parts.
Cable Guy
Quiz Show
Star Trek Generations

But worst of all

Zoolander - truly terrible (
Oh mine is definately

Oh Brother, Where art thou (who the ***k cares, is my sentiment!)
Dracula Dead And Loving It

and I hate to say it but Cold mountain was so naff. I thought Nicole was bad but Renne Zellwegger was attrocious.

Looks like the Oscar people agreed with you. No nomination for Cold Mountain as best film or for Nicole as best actress.

Water Boy.....could only stand about the first 25 minutes.

Dirty Dancing comes in a very close second, along with ET. What was all the fuss about those two movies? roll
I heard this on the radio yesterday, that according to subscribers to "My Movies" at http://www.yahoo.com, the worst movie of all time is JOHN TRAVOLTA's sci-fi flop "Battlefield Earth"
Not sure I would have picked that, I'd have to with what others have mentioned Water Boy and Zoolander.

Yeah but Rene Zellweger got a nomination for supporting actress. I haven't seen the film but have read a couple of reviews that don't rate her, and one of them that described Nicole Kidman as 'princess-like' in the movie.

What did people think of Pirates of the Carribean and more specifically Johnny Depp's performance? I thought it was awful and totally distracting. So I couldn't believe my eyes when he was nominated for a Golden Globe and now today I see he's also been nominated for an Oscar. :o

One of my friends found Depp to be annoying. I thought it was class. It's all in whether you go for it or not I guess.

But then some people think that Zellwegger is superb in Cold Mountain. All I see is a very forced accent, horrible stereotypes, and a look of straining constipation on her face in an attempt to look "authentic." Maybe I'm being a little harsh but that's what I feel. It didn't help that she was opposite Nicole Kidman - I just don't rate her at all. I mean, I watch superb performances by Judi Dench, Merryl Streep, Kathy Bates, etc and they are just in a totally different league.

I will say that Charlize theron was very surprising in Monster. That was a fabulous transformation. Normally she's cast as the token nipples for the movie but that was quite special.

I thought that it was a wonderful performance, just what the role and the film demanded. I was so glad to see that he got nominated for an Oscar. They usually don't go in for comedy roles, preferring stuffy dramatic performances.

Here's a radical idea for Hollywood. Instead of taking a stunningly beautiful but mediocre talent like Theron, and going to great lengths to make her look plain. Why not pick one of the many hugely talented but unemployed plain looking actors and letting her play the role instead?

The worst film I have ever seen is the The Cell. Actually anything with Jennifer Lopez in, is usually bad. Only went to see it because 15 yr (at the time)daughter thought it was a great film and that critic on TV, Saturday evening, Ebert, I think, thought it was a truly outstanding film. Outstandingly bad, he should of added. Have since treated an recommendention from that guy with kid gloves but my daughter's taste in films has improved.
