I have tried to get into the broadband part of bbc website. I ge this message that my isp is not on the list and has to be british.
I have been in contact with a tech guy at the beeb he is going to try just email me the real feeds.
The only other way i think you may do it is get on aol broadband it should work from that ip as aol is very connected to U.k ip address.
Have any of you got it to work anther way.
Malcolm.
Some of the feeds work. News, Sport, Weather.

However, the programs that the bbc sells across the world, Eastenders for example, are only available to UK based users.

There are ways to get around this, for example using a proxy server, but I'm not exactly sure how you would go about doing this. Maybe one of the britnet techies can help.
Pete,
These news feeds you are talking about are they narrow or broadband mate?? IF they are broadband can you give me the url's for the feeds plz.
Also if you have access to a uk address you can sign up for real audio super pass.
That has high speed broadband feeds for the bbc and alot of channel 4 stuff like big brother.
also most itv shows have some sort of superpass feeds. It cost £9.99 a month.
If sign up for it on the u.s website it will not work on uk content.
That is what real have told me on the phone.
I am only interested in bbc news to be honest.
I did not watch big brother or pop idol when i was at home so i will not now.
I do like the adam and joe show would like to see some of that.
Also the new u.s made coupling may have same scripts as bbc episodes not sure though.
I would do anything for a good curry or kebab.
Just had to throw that in take it easy guys.
Malcolm.

Click on news24. I just watched the ten o'clock news. Strange, used to be the nine o'clock news on the bbc when I was in the UK. Must be inflation!

Maclolm.

I just checked out the /broadband site. It is only offering clips of the favourite BBC programmes. For example, you can watch 1.5minute highlights of Eastenders shows for the week. The quality is perfect, btw.

I don't think there is anywhere on the website where you can watch whole programmes. That's what BBC3 and BB4 are for :D
