We went to see it, also found it very depressing, more so, I guess, because it was all true.

I know, I knew it was true before going to see the movie. My mother was also in a convent for a few years whilst she was a child and has her own horror stories. Certainly made you feel very anti catholic and being of Irish descent was disgusted with how long they were up and running for.
