Dear Members,
We are in the midst of planning an event to close out the summer. We need to get your immediate feedback and financial commitment on the following event
"Coach Trip to the Seaside"
We are planning on hiring a coach to spend the day at Ocean City, MD, on Sunday, August 31, 2003. The cost will be approximately $25.00 per seat.
In order to proceed with this plan we need to determine how many members are interested in this event.
In order to make this a viable event we need to have your responses by Monday, August 11, 2003.
